Portuguese school of tourism requirements for international students
The courses are taught in Portuguese, but you can also opt for English as a second language. The courses are open to international students who meet the following requirements:
- International Passport: You must have a valid passport that allows you to travel to Portugal and stay for the duration of the course.
- Authenticated WAEC/NECO Result: You must have a West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or a National Examination Council (NECO) result that proves your completion of secondary education. You must also have it authenticated by the Nigerian Ministry of Education and the Portuguese Embassy or Consulate.
- Declaration as International student: You must fill out a declaration form that states that you are applying as an international student and that you are not a citizen or a resident of Portugal or any other European Union country.
- Online Interview: You must undergo an online interview with the school’s admission committee, where you will be asked about your motivation, expectations, and background.
