Canadian post-secondary institutions looking to host students must:

• Be recognized as Designated Learning Institutions (DLI).
• Have an effective student exchange agreement with the student’s home institution that exempts scholarship recipients from tuition fees (mandatory for college/undergraduate studies).

Canada Scholarship Details: Benefits and Duration

The scholarship offers financial support for different durations and activities:

• College/undergraduate students can receive $10,200 for a four-month term to cover study or research. An agreement waiving tuition fees is necessary.
• Graduate students (Masters and PhD) can also receive $10,200 for a four-month term for study or research, with no requirement for a student exchange agreement.
• For graduate levels extending from five to six months, the scholarship amount is $12,700.
